If you do not tend to order desserts at restaurants....?!

Question:

If you do not tend to order desserts at restaurants....?

would you be more inclined for an after dinner drink dessert? such as:
an ice cream frappe with your choice of ice cream flavor and optional mix-ins (caramel, peanut butter cups, ect) and/or fruit (mango, strawberries, ect)?
(optional alcohol too of course... kalhua, vodka, rum)

Answers:
No. The reason I don't order dessert is because I am too full, or I don't feel like something sweet. Those would just be considered a liquid dessert.

wow, you are making my mouth water....
yes,
yes,
and yes!
Sounds good!

Yes...a warm Bailey's Irish Coffee sounds yum yum!

Yes, an after dinner drink dessert sounds tempting. It seems less gluttonous than an actual dessert. If I'm not driving that night, I'd definitely add the alcohol!

Now i want one 0.0

Usually by the time I get done eating I don't have any room left for desert.

probably but it also depends a lot of the time on how high my bill is already getting. that usually helps me determine what to do!!

I'm not likely to order that either. It's not that I don't like desserts, it's just that I don't usually have a lot of room left for it!

No.

I'm usually pretty full after a meal, just not into desserts until maybe much later. At best, I'd maybe go for a cup of good coffee and a small simple sweet like honey cake. But it's not worth it to the restaurants to sell me a small treat like that and charge a reasonable price apparently - everything has to be some whopping big calorie bomb, and I'm not going to pay $2-$3 for a cup of coffee and another $4-$6 for a little 2" square of cake.

File this under "Why I don't eat out more often.".
