How wet is your noodle?!

Question:

How wet is your noodle?

When you eat ramen, do you usually leave a large helping of water in with the noodles, or do you drain it almost entirely? Do you try to find a happy medium? Do you salt and pepper your noodles?

Answers:
My answer is No, No, No, and pepper only. I don't like bouillon cubes or powder. So I don't use water or the seasoning pack that comes with the ramen. I use either Swanson's low sodium broth or Campbell's lsb (either chicken or beef, depending on what else I'm going to add). Swanson's comes in a 14 ounce can, so I use 2 packs of ramen noodles. Campbell's comes in a 10.5 ounce can (but it's condensed so I add a can of water to the broth) and I use 3 packs of ramen noodles. I don't drain liquid, I DRINK it. And even though the broths I use are low sodium, I don't add any more salt. There's more than enough salt in the broth. I use pepper only.

I like a bit o' soupiness with the noodles, & I find the season packet to be just fine. Sometimes I throw a little hotsauce in there. Yummy!

i usually fill the pot almost all the way up and put tony creoles seoasoning in

I like lots of broth, salt, & pepper! Yum!

i like mine with a nice balance of soup and noodles. but i do not drink the soup up because there's a lot of fat in it....i don't usually add salt or pepper but i do like to add hot sesame oil.

I usually pour out most of the broth leaving a little bit, then I put in some mustard and cheese and dig in. MMM-MMMM goood!!!
