"Curry chicken" for Caribbean recipes.
"Chicken curry" for Asian recipes.
"Curried chicken" for milder Continental recipes.
Gee, have never thought about this; aren't they the same? I have always used curry chicken though...
If it is a hot main dish it is chicken curry. If it is a cold salad it is curry chicken as in "curry chicken salad" or "curried chicken salad."
