Is this a healthy breakfast?
I'm 14 around 5'8 and I usually eat a nutrigrain bar, yogurt and a juice box around 8 in the morning and than eat lunch around1:20 I'm just curious if I should be eating more because we are allowed to have snack every-other day and sometimes every-day so I was just wondering

yea sounds kewl to me just eat an apple or something with tht to gota have fruit in there somewhere... or just a bigger meal at breakfast it would totally give u more energy plus u know ull burn it off anyways
That sounds healthy to me, but you might want to add a little more protein.

First that is not a breakfast. Breakfast should be your biggest meal so you can burn it off during the day. Each meal after that is suppose to be smaller.

Wow I'm jealous of your height. Anyhow, as for the breakfast, that's fine. You might want to eat some fruit though, even if you're drinking fruit juice. And milk is good too.

I feel fat! I'm 5 foot and have two bowls of cereal every morning. Well anyway, you should probably eat a little more just to see if you feel better and then take it from there.
No!!!!!! Eat proteins, and make your breakfast BIG. it's the most important of all your meals.
