Try a salad wrap with premium chicken lunchmeat. Don't forget your high protien/ high fiber crunchies! Try this:
In a bowl mix about two cups of romaine lettuce, fresh salsa (not jar, try your deli for fresh salsa) 2 tsp of honey roasted soy nuts (trust me, they aren't gross in a salad!) Small handful (like 10) Sesame oat bran sticks (Good Sence brand makes them) and roughly 2-3 Tbsp of LIGHT dressing (try to keep it under 7 grams of fat per serving) May I suggest Three Cheeze Ranch LIGHT by Kraft. Also, use mozzerella cheeze instead of cheddar, it's lower in fat and calories. Mix by cutting into fine parts with knife and fork.
Use a tortilla (I like Azteca burrito, they are low in fat) and lay a slice or two of premium quality chicken or turkey, it will have less fat and sodium if it's premium. Then put some of the salad mixture in and fold in right side about 1 inch, and take bottom side and pull up like a taco and proceed to roll like a burrito.

I eat this almost everyday for lunch, and I never get sick of it! It's so fast for me to make this up now, that I even make my own salsa! If you choose me best answer, I will detail how to make it!

Sandwiches are also good just watch out for what the fillings are, and the dressings.
Tomato with salt and pepper
Cucumber
Asparagus
Lettuce
etc
