How many bottles of water should I drink a day?!

Question:

How many bottles of water should I drink a day?

I love water and I drink alot of it... probably 4 or 5 , Im 14 and weigh 100, is this good or could I stand to drink more?

Answers:
i think it really depends on alot of other things like weather, heat exaustion (like exercising), salt intake, alcohol intake, etc. but if everything is normal i would think about 7 - 10 bottles (depending on the bottle size, 12oz, 16oz, or 20oz).

here's an article from CNN:

As long as they're 16 oz or bigger bottles, that's good. You're supposed to drink around 8 cups of liquid per day, so you're fine.

YOu can drink up to 2 liters a day.

The amount usually recommended is like 2 bottles a day.

8 glasses or 64 oz

you should drink 8 full glasses of water a day.

You can drink more... You are suppose to have 8 servings a day. The more the better =)

8

it is said that you should at least have from 8 glasses to 2 liters of water each day

You're not suppose to drink 8 glasses of water a day...that claim is based on that you were spose to 'consume' 64 oz of water a day..you get lots of your liquid from foods you eat as well (or at least you should.) Drink what you feel comfortable drinking and try not to confuse hunger for being thirsty...if you follow that you should be fine.

You should drink 8 8oz. glasses of water a day. It will help you to look young. When you get older you will know what I mean. I live in the desert and you definitely need at least that much. If your up to your hinny in ice, snow or water maybe not. Check with your Dr., if your worried about it.

4 bottles.
