Which is saltier rock salt or iodized salt...?

I think you will find that Iodised salt is ground rock salt the iodine is added to prevent a condition called goiter, its a large swelling around the neck. you may find the granules of the rock salt larger and hence less coverage on the tongue as opposed to lits of small bits from the iodised salt

if you got real technical the rock salt would be. the iodized salt is diluted a tiny bit when the iodine is added.

They're the same thing... Sodium Chloride. Iodized salt may be a bit more refined, though...so it may taste saltier, although I don't know why you'd eat rock salt to be honest...there's sand mixed into some of it.
