What is a healthy midnight snack?

Answers:
fruits are rich is vitamins but it is advisable not to take a lot during the night not even after dinner. But may be a plankton would help. DRINK A GLASS OF WATER OR WARM MILK WITH SOME SLEEP INDUCING mix. better avoid any oily food like fries, chips or food rich in salt or sugar content.

fruit or vegatables, stuff that is easy to digest. You don't want any form of cheese.

I would say a bowl of popcorn made in the microwave.

some pure yogurt some fruit and veggies to! or maybe just try drinking a glass full of water because sometimes hunger is confused with thirst or dehydration!!
:)

Bananas and total cereal.

humm well I am eating a cherry turnover right now so I'd say cherry turnovers,, yumm

fruit..don't have anything dairy or acidic.

I like wheat thins with hummus. Warm applesauce is nice if you're just about to go to sleep too

stop craving snacks at midnight,

the healthist thing you can do is regulate your intake of food so that you do not crave food at midnight

if health is what makes a best answer, this is it

if anything, caffeine-free tea with no sugar with a little mint and a couple of low-sodium crackers.

Try not to make your mouth water so much during the night. That makes you hunger for snacks. Dessert after a meal does this, it digests the sugar very quick. which makes you hungry even before your stomach is empty.

Cereal. It's much better to eat it at night than in the morning becuase the carbs and sugars will help you sleep and it's much better for you than other sweets. Peanut butter and other sources of protein make better breakfast foods.
