Do you make your own burgers?!

Question:

Do you make your own burgers?

Anything special you add to the mix?

Answers:
Take some ground beef (not lean), you want some fat in your burger,it's what gives it the juiciness that you want. If you use lean beef, it'll dry out faster.

Add the beef in a bowl, add to the mix....chopped onions, fresh ground peppers, wochester sauce, mix well.

Form into thick wide patties as the burgers will shrink once on the bbq....cook depending on how your friends want them...put on a bun....and I gaurentee you'll enjoy these simple yet very very delicious burgers.

Yes i make my own burger but i dun add anything special into it

Yes. For a great tasting burger off the grill try adding a half package dry onion soup to a pound of ground chuck.

Rolled oats, garlic, a bit of onion soup mix; sometimes I do other things. I just
experiment.

Yes
Worchester sauce
Bread crumbs
Oninons & Peppers
Egg

Good question :) Mine are pretty good in my opinion, however, many others probably have 'secret' ingredients. I find that most of the time, after you form the meat patty, just adding a dash of salt and pepper gives it a 'classic' flavor.. I also like to add onion powder for some extra flavor, (of which you can substitute onion salt for both onion powder and salt)..

Adding any other kinds of flavoring will give it a special touch.. You can add hickory 'smoke' flavor, garlic powder/salt, and cook anyway you like.. For that fast food flavor, cook in a frying pan with a few teaspoons of oil (any kind of oil, but each adds its own flavor too), or grilling on a charcoal or gas grill gives it extra 'oomph'.. I cook mine on a George Foreman grill and it tastes great! Hope it helps, happy grilling!

I usually just form a patty and throw it on the grill but I tried something different the other day. I put mushrooms, onions, and cheddar cheese in the middle of the patty and then grilled them. They turned out great and my family love them.

For quick and easy burgers i add a packet of taco seasoning to the mince, mix it well then shape into burger patties and cook! Tasty and Easy!!

I put finely chopped herbs from my garden in my burgers in the summertime. Grilled outside, they are terrific. I have parsley, pineapple mint, pineapple sage, orange mint, thyme, majoram to name a few.

onion bread crumbs & egg you can put a small bit of tomato & little grated carrot if you want to go to all that bother but less is best & better still let your guy do it on the bar- b- que thats what I do & give him some praise & he'll do it more often haha

Yes!! It's great to chop up fresh jalepenos and onions to mix in your meat. Add a few extra spices-gralic, season salt, and pepper. After, top with fresh fetta cheese or monterey jack for the best burger ever!

I like to make my own some times I put about 1/3 cup of oats and a little onion powder in and form the patties. Then grill as usual. Some people can use the dry onion soup mix too. Saves money for sure.

I order BK sometimes when I'm feeling delicate and in need of fatty foods, or Creekside if I want a "quality" burger. If I make my burgers, I add in barbeque sauce (sounds gross, I know, but so gooood).

Yes and no

minced steak
onion
bbq sauce
ketchup
egg
bread crumbs.
