I made a fruit cocktail cake.

Mars Bar Cheesecake, I chopped up about 6 mars bars all tiny and mixed them in, in the fridge the caramel melted a bit in them and it was devine... and now my jeans won't do up! :)

A birthday cake for my mum. She loves summer fruit, so I made a victoria sponge cake with real whipped cream and real sliced strawberries in the middle. I put a doily on the top and sieved icing sugar over it then removed the doily to leave a pattern. She really liked it :)
