What difference does it make whether to use fine, medium or......?

coarse when grinder your coffee? I usually use the fine but
does it taste different or what?

It depends on what brewing method your using. For instance, a fine grind would be used for espresso because of the limited time the water is in contact with the coffee, it must extract as much flavor as it can. Medium grind could be used with drip machines and French presses where there is extra time to infuse the coffee in the water. Next time your purchasing your coffee beans take a look at the machine it will usually have either a picture of the coffee machine or what type of brew uses that particular grind. Hope I could help.

With fine ground you get more sediment in your coffee.Fine ground makes stronger tasting coffee too. A darker roast will also result in a stronger coffee taste. Med and course grind make in a more mellow coffee.
