How to cook Nigerian food that taste like it's from the Bukka?
How can one get that homeland flavour? Things never seem to taste the same when you cook it at home as opposed to when you buy it. Solutions?

I can't give you any answers.
I moved to Australia from the US 12 years ago, and have yet to find anything that tastes the same as it did back home.
Milk, butter, meat and flour all taste different.
It all comes down to different soil, different grasses and grains and a whole slew of other reasons.
I used to be a great cook, but I've basically just given up on trying to cook food from "home" anymore. Other people may not notice the difference, but I do.
I found a link, where you can order Nigerian foods online, so maybe you can get something from "home"

I hope you find something that works for you.
Go back home sweetheart.
Here in the U.S., you can't get the ingredients like what you can in Nigeria and it is much harder to get the taste just right when either heating or cooking the foods.
