i wouldnt worry...i skip breakfast all the time..and i am thin and pretty!

Yes, because your metabolism will not be properly stimulated. Try just getting some breakfast shakes (like Ensures) in a flavor you like (NOT slimfast, too much sugar!!). This way you can grab one as you head out the door! They are only about 8oz servings so they are quick and pretty good for you! At least it is better than nothing! You just have to get in the habit of it! Also, maybe go to bed just 30 minutes earlier, and wake up 30 minutes earlier?? Otherwise, try the nutrition shakes! Great alternative!

Well, not really cause I always do that.

Yes

Yes. The reason it is called Breakfast is because you are breaking the fast you were on while sleeping...also it helps get something in your system to start your day on. You need to eat something within a half-hour of waking for your liver's sake. Also helps maintain a healthy metabolism. Try drinking a glass of water upon waking to rehydrate your body. And maybe a toast and an egg...or yogurt. You decide. I personally like fruit or a small bowl of cereal. Cereal or a toast will help you so your blood-sugar doesn't plummet.

yes very much so...even u dont have enough time just go to the grocery store sometime on the weekend and get a couple of boxes of granola bars or something! and maybe some yogurt! thats all healthy...and it doesnt take long to eat!

You should eat breakfast EVERY DAY! You're bound to do better in school and have more energy, thus being easier to stay awake during school. Your body will thank you. The links below spell it out much better.

yes

nah. skipping breakfast = double the bacon at lunch!...
