Isn't raw milk spoiled milk??????????!

Question:

Isn't raw milk spoiled milk??????????

Really need to know

Answers:
"Raw" milk is not spoiled. The term "raw" means that it hasn't been pasteurized or homogenized. It's perfectly fine to drink and cook with.

With "raw" milk you need to stir or shake it up before you drink it or use it in cooking because since it hasn't been homogenized, the cream will separate from the milk with the cream rising to the top.

You skim the cream off and use it to make butter by churning the cream.
