You probably could find it somewhere but i dont think it would taste good

Yes afcorse that was chocolate is. cocoa

yes i know you can get at least 90% but it is a very strange and strong taste ....!!!!! an acquired pallet required

i believe so, sounds delctable!!!
i love dark chocolate!

Yeah, at my factory.

I've seen it with 99%, but that's almost unsweetened (baking) chocolate.

You can - I bought one in Prague - and I think it was Lindt - with 90% solids. I love very dark chocolate, but this wasn't too nice - I was very disappointed. It was dry and bitter. It would have been fine with something like dried cranberries or raisins or ginger pieces to relieve the very bitter taste; but at least it was an experience!

I think they sell 90% cocoa solids in the marks and sparks. I've used it for cooking in the past and I have to say that it tastes foul!

If not, try a specialist chocolatier (not thorntons though, they are useless).

I don't know about 86%. But Green & Black's make a rather lovely organic chocolate bar that is 85% cocoa. You can read more about it here: http://www.greenandblacks.com/uk/product... :-)

I have used 85% for cooking but find that it is too strong for some people's palates so I have now settled for 75%.
What do you use 86% for?

trop de chocolat tue le chocolat !

bonne soirée

you shouldnt be eating chocolate phat bird...
