What happens when a chicken is pink?!

Question:

What happens when a chicken is pink?

Answers:
The color of the poultry ( Chicken, turkey) meat is pink. When poultry meat is fully cooked it will turn white. Finding pink after you have cooked it means that it is under-cook. Poultry should be fully cooked and handled correctly to avoid the risk of a food-borne bacteria called salmonella. Always wash poultry before preparing it and make sure that it doesn't come into contact with cooked foods (cross contamination) The interior temperature of chicken or turkey should read 165F. Place the thermometer in the thickest fleshy part and away form a bone.

It means the chicken is embarassed:)

It is undercooked. You should never eat chicken if it isn't done.

try cooking it a little longer. it may not make you sick but do you want to wait and see?

Depends on what pink and what part. You can eat the legs and thighs with some pink in them, but never the breast part.

By pink I mean cooked blood. Just make sure your juices run clear, not pink.

probably undercooked; I wouldn't eat it if it was pink

it is not done or you marinated it in something pink or red
