You didn't say whether it's opened or unopened, so that would make a difference.

Unopened can last quite a while, but I'm listing the recipe for homemade sauce, so you can see what's in it.
I would say maybe a week or 2 for an opened bottle, since it has lemon juice, horseradish and garlic in it.
You're probably better throwing it out if you're not sure, though...

I like making my own, because I like a bit of "bite" in it, so put in extra horseradish or even a tiny bit of Wasabi paste.

SHRIMP COCKTAIL SAUCE

1 c. ketchup
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
Dash of cayenne pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until served.
