It's good for cleaning.

It's acidic. And, removes stains.

I use to clean my wiper blades.

you can use vinegar for cleaning, personal hygiene, pet grooming. Plus many more. You can get a book that tells you all this. Also there are many different types of vinegars for different jobs.

Cleaning!

It takes mold off of things. It is a great hair rinse, leaves the hair very soft. It is great for cleaning tile walls in the bathroom. Vinegar and water is a great window cleaner. It takes out pen from material.

Vinegar is nothing more than ethanoic acid (5% by weight) and so it is good for household cleaning like deposits of calcium carbonates in hard water regions!

I don't think it has any nourishment values. So if you are thinking of supplementing your does with vitamin C then vinegar is not the best source!

Used once a week washing your hair It's good.

it keeps the yolks of boiled eggs yellow instead of grey when you put a bit with the water. it can remove rust. it disinfects surfaces. i also recently just learned that for vinegar to be made, alcohol must first be present. so next time youre eating chips with a lager, just think, that vinegar may have one day been just like that lager. i love vinegar.

Its good for infections etc

good in italian salad dressing..mmm!!

Vinegar MAKES food. I put it on everything I eat (only aged balsamic though), but not my cereal.
