How do the amount of shots go in a tall,grande and venti hot drink/cold drink? And how many are in an americano-cold, and hot?

In normal Starbucks espresso drinks, it's 1 shot in a tall drink, 2 shots in a grande and 3 shots in a venti. I believe that Starbucks (unlike some places) keeps the shot amounts the same between their hot and iced espresso drinks.

Americano's shouldn't differ from this strategy. The only difference is that instead of adding milk to the shot like a Latte, water is added.
