Whats something you can eat a lot but wont get fat?!

Question:

Whats something you can eat a lot but wont get fat?

I need something i can eat a good amount of but it cant be bad for me.

I'm thinking any kinda fruit, like eating 5 apples wont make you fat right?

Any other suggestions?

Answers:
yep apples are cool, nuts, fruits and berries, green leafy vegetables, beans, carrots, celery, grapes, water, oranges, onions, boiled cabbage and gourmet potatoes......theres squillions of them out there, your body also needs lean meats like trimpork (boiled) chicken or fish.

Apples, oranges, and most any kind of fruit but only fresh fruit. Don't trust it if it comes out of a can.

Too much sugar from the fruit can make you gain weight, actually. :( Water is the only guaranteed substance on earth that won't make you fat no matter how much you consume. Everything essentially has calories, even the good stuff, like cucumbers. I would suggest eating something with lots of fiber though that would fill you up before you consume too much of it. You can try the fruit thing (though I wouldn't recommend five apples...) if you put it in a bowl and visually see how much you're eating. Remember it's all about portion control. :)

Personally I like Cheerios for fiber but it can make you gain weight if you eat too much as well.

bananas grapes apples apricot plums anythang fruit vegi o heres a tip for packadeged food look on the back at ingrediants look for sumtin corn syrup its basicly like sugar hope that helps

what about lots of green vegetables, celery, lettuce, snow peas, beans, spinach, zucchini, cavolo nero and herbs, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, parsley

celery is good, its mostly water and it takes more calories to chew and digest it than it even contains.
i also like rice cakes, they make yummy flavors like caramel.
nabisco (i think) makes 100 calorie packs in oreos, chips ahoy, and cheese nips.
baked lays have like 3 g fat in 16 chips which isnt bad
chicken breast is also low calorie but only girll it do not deep dry it or coat it in fattening creamy dressing.
salmon is another good alternative and it is high in omega fats (the good kind, like avocados and nuts)
salads with low calorie dressings only and only non fat croutons (marie callendars makes yummy ones)

celerey technically it is a negative calorie food since it costs more calories to eat then it contains

I love celery. It's just water practically!

A lot of fruit actually can make you fat ---fruit has a lot of natural sugar.

I would suggest sugar free jello. Eat all you want, no sugar, no carbs, you should not get fat!

You should eat lean protein, such as turkey breast, chicken breast. You can mix in veggies, like broccoli into the mix. They sell those steam veggies in the bag right in the freezer section now- some even come with seasonings.

I love eatin apples and corn ,green beans a lotta green veggies r great!

Ice

Celery is good. I've been told celery has a negative calorie count, because you burn more calories chewing the celery than there are calories in the celery (har har...).

Carrots are also very low in calories. Now, on carrots I've been told the down side is that too much carotene will turn your skin orange, but I think the guy who said that was pulling my leg.

dont eat too much fruits and salads...they will later give u bad feeling esp if eaten in empty stomach....try sandwiches made with boiled vegetables or boiled chicken. otherwise, soup....honestly speaking, soup is best if u dont want to get fat....doctors say liquid works better in helping people lose weight.

how about rice cakes. they haven't got much taste. but you can eat a million of them and still not get fat.........

Raw veggies fruit has alot of natural sugar strawberries are the only fruit that doesn't and tomatoes of course
