IceCream, Sorbet, and Sherbet?

Whast the difference between Ice Cream, Sorbet and Sherbet?


Answers:
Ice cream usually involves milk and cream.
Sherbet can be done with part milk par water.
Sorbet is done with water, NO milk or cream.

Ice Cream is made with milk, Sorbet is made with sugar, eggs and fruit, I don't know about the third one.
