Filling foods that are healthy?!

Question:

Filling foods that are healthy?

Answers:
Oatmeal is definitely filling. Add like raisins or brown sugar to make it more delectable. Anything with a lot of fiber fills you up. Like a bowl of plain popcorn can fill you up quick but has less than 200 calories. Fruits like apples and oranges are filling too. Protein also fills you up. Try creating your own trail mix with some nuts, raisins, popcorn, and cranberries. Drink a lot of water also.
