What is healthier, fast food or preservatives?!

Question:

What is healthier, fast food or preservatives?

I'm a college student, and don't exactly have any cooking abilities (and I don't wanna spend a lot). So it basically goes down to buying fast food (mostly Taco Bell) and Chefboyardi and Raman Noodles.

Also, if anyone has any ideas on what would be better to eat that would be nice too. Thanks :)

Answers:
You must have a strong stomach to eat so much food from Taco Bell. I would think that hoagies ( aka subs or grinders) are more healthy than either of the options you mentioned. If you live off campus, you can definitely learn to cook for yourself. It would be cheaper and better for you. You just cook the food the day you buy it, and whatever you don't eat in 2-3 days can be frozen (except for fish). It's not so difficult to make your own chicken, burgers or tacos. Buy a cookbook and experiment, or get recipes from people here.
I would try to avoid salad bars, because the food will be loaded with preservatives.

Fast food are artifical preservatives. To make sure they last, fast food companies put preservatives in their food. If you were eating fast food, try subway or boston market. I like boston's market's 5 ounce turkey with dill potatoes and veggies. Put down the cornbread....
