They are pickled cucumbers so yes they are a veggie, they are high in sodium but very low on calories...that is why I like them for a snack...the best on Burgers, and sandwiches too...

Yes, Pickles come from cucumbers. And cucumbers are a vegetable. So yes they can be good for you. Maybe more so as a cucumber than a pickle can be, because of all that is added in to make them pickles.
