What can you eat with plain yoghurt?!

Question:

What can you eat with plain yoghurt?

I have granola with sultanas on top of mine. It's getting a little boring now though what else can I have with it?

Answers:
My favorite is fresh figs, honey, chopped almonds or pistachios, and a sprinkle of ground cardamom. It's heaven!

Fresh or dried fruit.
You can also eat it with most cereals.

i put my favourite jam in it...raspberry!!!

Try some fresh berries such as strawberries or blueberries.

Fruits, Jams, even sugar (Love it To be honest) honey, crackers you name it...the only limitation is your imagination

Choped up nuts, fresh fruit or berries.

Eat plain cold yogurt with rice. Add a pinch of salt. Helps in tackling acidity. Great for hot weather

Any lamb dish can be served with yoghurt - or try a Turkish dish (doner kebab served on pitta bread with tomato and onion puree, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and plain yoghurt) - it is delicious!

Plain yoghurt with thinly sliced cucumber and garlic is also extremely nice.

Funny you should ask. I just finished a fabulous lunch that I made with plain yoghurt stirred into:

1 cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup chopped jalapeno slices
1 t. oregano
1 t. salt

This is called "Raita" in Indian cooking and it is really refreshing.

I also use plain yoghurt, instead of sour cream, on baked potatoes (with salt and pepper and maybe a tablespoon of butter).

I add plain yoghurt, salsa and grated cheddar cheese to scrambled eggs or an egg omlette.

I use a heaping tablespoon as a topping on a bowl of lentil soup.

When I run out of fruit yoghurt, I add fresh fruit and a packet of Splenda to a cup of plain yoghurt to make a very refreshing "fruit" yoghurt.

I could go on......because I eat at least a quart of plain yoghurt myself every week.

I like to put bananas in it.

Granola

I like to add crushed pineapple and dried cranberries... and sometimes kashi cereal for a little crunch!

granola and strawberries and I wore a itsy bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikini
