Healthy meals for a diet?!

Question:

Healthy meals for a diet?

for breakfast i had a non fat yogurt w/ natural granola & an apple.
what should i have for lunch & for the rest of the day, in order to lose weight?

Answers:
For lunch I would go for a tuna sandwich on whole grain bread with a slice of cheddar and onions.
You could also grill salmon and eat it with vegetables.
Grilling any other type of fish would be good as well.

This was my lunch/dinner when I was dieting last year.

probably a tuna sandwich for lunch and for dinner maybe soup ..

It really depends on what you want...

There are so many diets out there, do you want low carb, low fat, low sugar, or just a traditional healthy way of eating?

I would recommend the latter.

Try a small salad with a lean protein like tuna (no mayo), grilled chicken, even a lean grilled meat, maybe turkey breast or roast beef from the deli, throw in some veggies and a lite dressing.
If you're at work and can't make a salad, McDonalds Asian salad with grilled chicken isn't too bad and it's relatively healthy.

For dinner try a lean protein (again, fish, chicken, center cut pork, or lean red meat) with some veggies, a whole grain (like brown rice, whole grain pasta, a whole grain roll) and a piece of fruit for dessert.

The main thing with watching your weight is try to be active (even if it's parking a little further away than normal, or taking the stairs), watch your portions....seriously WATCH your portions, don't do fast food and try to stay away from sugars.

That's my two cents.

Good Luck!!

For lunch make a quick chicken salad and for dinner maybe a simple soup or rice and vegetables. Ive also heard that coconut has certain enzymes that enable people to loose more weight.

Wow, that's almost exactly what I had! I had no sugar yogurt and an apple with flax seed. I plan on having veggies with tofu for dinner. And for lunch.... I'm thinking of having a veggie bratwurst with watermelon. Not sure if that answered your question or not....
