Answers:
Pink means cooked.
And as far as seafood consumptoin while pregnant, they say it's okay (except for the high-mercury fish like tuna & swordfish) as long as you keep it down to a couple times a week.

Love seafood and just had a baby in March.

Yes and yes - but check the sell by dates to make sure they are within it.

Yes, pink prawns are cooked, but while pregnant I would check with your OB. Mine recommended that I stay away from all seafood, although my daughter is 5.

Yes. Maybe you should check with your doctor.

Is fas as I know prawns are safe to eat while pregnant.Just stay away from tuna ,farmed salmon.Pink ones are cooked.

Most prawns uncooked are grey in color. When you Cook Prawns they become white with orange lines where the shell covers the meat. It may look pink. However when buying prawns at most stores and markets. It will state if its raw or if its not cooked.

So if your not sure, perhaps you should read what you plan on eating.
