Answers:
Yes - u're doing good so far. Keep up the good work and I'll try to do the same.

Sounds good so far.
You might want to add a fruit or veggie to your lunch, or have it for a snack. Other than that, you're on the right track.
And make sure supper is full of veggies, lean protein & whole grains. Try to keep it light - especially if you eat late.

i would say that you need to be drinking water with your meals

Sounds good. I'd cut back on the coffee and drink more water, or seltzer with a splash of fruit juice. You need to stay well hydrated, and coffee can have a diuretic effect.

Granola (even natural) can have a lot of extra sugar and fat. You may want to try wheat germ instead, or chopped nuts. Although the nuts contain fat, it's "good" fat with Omega 3's.

Have some fruit, raw veggies, or string cheese with a few whole grain crackers as a snack.

Sounds like you're doing pretty well and approaching your diet sensibly!

Sounds good so far. Consider adding vegies at lunch. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Keep yourself well hydrated and you won't feel as hungry. For a snack you might try a fresh fruit smoothie with a fat burning supplement added. Keep supper light...vegies, lean protein, whole grains. During the hot summer months a salad as a meal is great as long as you don't drown it in dressing.

Sounds pretty good! You probably need a little more veg though and try to avoid the coffee a bit more.

Other than that you'll do fine

=D

You seem to be on the right track! You've included grains, dairy, fruit, veggies and protein!

Make sure to drink lots of water(at least 8 glasses per day)!! This will help with digestion, and help you feel full. It is great for you, too!!

Keep up the great choices! Stay lean and simple. Fresh is always best....and then you don't have to worry about 'hidden' fats and additives.

pretty good but try to drink only water and eat some veggies and more fruit.

It is healthy, but not well-balanced. You need to drink more water and eat more veggies. Try to stay away from sugar.

yes! congrats! But be careful to eat enough! no one should go below 1200 cal a day! have some protein, veggies, and fruit for dinner, maybe some rice too (brown of course!)

You should have some milk. Other then that... looks good to me.

You did pretty good, but I have a question about it:
Can you replace the coffee with orange juice instead?

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but coffee doesn't have any vitamins like orange juice.
