What are the health benefits of drinking a lot of liquids?
I drink a whole lot, way more than what I think is normal. Is this good or bad? If it's good, what are the health benefits?
I usually drink Gatorade, Powerade, Crystal Light, and milk.

It's great to keep your body hydrated, as long as your drinking the right stuff. Gatorade and Powerade are good because of the extra electrolytes they contain, that's why their great for working out. The downside is they have sugar. Crystal light is great if you want to avoid the sugar. I'd say it's almost like water, but be careful with the artificial sweeteners it contains. Milk is great for the calcium and protein. But nothing beats water. Water is great for cleansing your body, keeping you hydrated, and it works wonders for your skin. Drink up!
You will not be as exhausted with daily activity because you have liquid. But don't drink over 20 glasses of water in one sitting. It is possible to drown yourself that way.
