Is chicken good to eat while on a diet?!

Question:

Is chicken good to eat while on a diet?

if so, why, whats in it?

Answers:
lots of protein. Baked Chicken is great while on a diet.

anything in moderation is good on a diet. trust me, i know.

NO YOU WILL GET FAT.. no joke

yes if you grill or bake it

as long as its not deep fried or fried and take off the skins, Why do you eat birds ?

I think chicken breast is fine as long as it's not cooked in fat. I don't think the rest is good though.

If you remove the skin. It is high in protein but with the skin it has lots of fat.

Only if it's grilled, NOT fried.

yes its lower in calories than beef. Eat grilled chicken.

baked or grilled,but not fried

yes it is
\:) >:)(

Yes, doesn't only tastes good but you can try eating it baked, grilled and cotains proteins as well.

chicken is the best so long as it is boneless and skinless. while on a diet you can also use turkey instead of beef too. just cut out the fat and you will be fine

It is low in fat as long as it is grilled or baked (frying adds fat, so no chicken nuggets or chicken strips). Remember that a serving is the size of a deck of cards. Eat it with lots of vegetables and some whole grains.

yes as long as it has no skin no fat and all white breast meast cooked in no fat or deep fried.

yes, not fried.......eat it the other ways, baked, broiled,etc....

All in moderation my friend and if you are working out you can eat pretty much anything

The person who asked you 'Why do you eat birds', Is to me an animal activist, of which I detest. I eat meat!!! I will always eat meat and have always eaten meat. But cruelty to animals is dumb. I believe that anyone who shoots an animal just for the sake of a trophy, and not to eat, is CRUEL! But the person who kills an animal for food, is AOK with me. And yes, chicken is good, if you defat it and deskin it.

Protein can slightly rev your metabolism after ingestion (more so than carbs and fat). Be sure to include some type of lean protein with every meal. Good sources include the chicken breast
