Answers:
I think the weight watcher's point system is easy because it basically trys to train you to eat all the right things (fish, chicken, whole grains, fruits, veggies) without making anything 'off limits'. Foods that are high in sugars and fats just cost more points, so if you want to waste all of your daily points on one junk meal, you can. The thing I love most about it, is that there are things worth 0 points that you can have as much as you want of, so you don't ever have to go hungry or starve yourself. A favorite meal of mine is spagetti squash (0 points) with marinara sauce (1 point per 1/2 cup) and a salad with lemon juice or a fat free dressing (0 points). You can add whole grain bread to it for just 1 point per slice. The whole meal ends up being under 5 points, and I'm FULL! This way I can have a glass of wine with my meal and no guilt. (2 points)

I've just been getting rid of one food at a time. First it was goodbye to soda, then chips, icecream (I still miss it!), and next will be meat.

what you do is eliminate all drinks except water and drink about a gallon a day exsecise and whatever you put on your plate eat half of it.

Well i just lost 35 pounds in4 months and heres how i did it First no more creme and sugar in my coffee and no sugar just substitution like splenda you can even bake with it also no more butter i switched to butter spray,, also i cut my daily calorie in take to 1500 from what ever i was eating i lost like 2 pounds a week and i started to exercise like a long fast walk every day then i ended up going farther now i walk 5 miles a day at times feels great but the best way is to just start being aware of what your putting into your body get educated once your educated you will think twice about what your eating Good luck

I lost 35 pounds doing this:

Don't drink anything with calories (they don't fill you up, but they make you fat)

Avoid heavily salted food or foods with artificial sweeteners (increase appetite)

Substitute half of lunch and dinner with salad, thereby cutting down whatever you would normally OD on.

I find eating a light breakfast keeps me light all day. Such as an apple and oatmeal.

For most people, eating lean proteins and veggies is the best way.

I find the best diet is eating what you love, but smaller portions, and allowing yourself "treats" when you become disciplined.

Balanced eating and exercise really work wonders.

I agree with izzymobellababy. The points system is easy to follow. ''bad'' foods have more points, so you quickly learn to eat more fruits and vegetables and make healthier choices.

try sparkpeople.com. It is completely free and helps you know what to eat and what to do to get from one weight to another. It's great!

I lost 70lbs by eating several small meals per day. I eat usually 5-6 times per day, but only a small amount at a time. First thing in the morning have some granola, or yogurt, then a little later have a piece of fruit, for lunch have a salad, snack on nuts or fruit, then fish or chicken for dinner. And exercise! Your metabolism will increase once you are eating more frequently and you're energy will increase too. Good luck! I am living proof that it can be done; I was 180lbs and I am now 110lbs!

i lost a lot of weight with weight watcher. not only did it come off easily, but i didn't miss any of my favorite foods especially ice cream.

good luck!

The foods you listed are low-carb and I have had the best luck regulating my weight by regulating my carb intake. Once you know what are good/bad carbs the rest is easy.
Become a carb counter - it will eliminate processed foods and you will be eating healthy. Think of it as a new "life style" instead of a diet. Good Luck!

Protein and Low Carbs. I've done well losing 18 pds in 2 months. It is tough but you have to stick to your guys and watch the carbs and alcohol...

The best way to change your life and get fit is portion control. An enitre chicken is not a portion....I have learned.

If you are looking for a good diet to stick with, with all those foods included try one that I use regularly. Grilled Fish/chicken, or baked chicken/fish, contain very low amounts of fat in them (roughly about 1-2Grams of fat, you can find a web site's on line to determine how many grams of fat you need in your daily diet for your size and weight) substitute things like no fat butter, you can find this made by "I can't believe its not butter." Using this you can also find great marinades, and use the butter not only for your meat but for your veggies as well. As for salads go, its hard for me to quit eating Ranch, I mean comeon its great, but you can use reduced fat ranch made by hidden valley. Feel free to throw random things together and make yourself the best taste combination possible. Only you know what you like your chicken/fish to taste like.

Try the mediterranean diet--you'll eat lots of lean meats like grilled chicken and fish, fresh veggies and fruits, whole grains and whole wheat, limited amounts of healthy fats like olive oil. Basically cut out processed sugars and white flour. Also allows 1 glass of wine a day.

You don't need to "diet". You should of coarse cut out fried foods, fast foods and soft drinks, but other than that it's really not what you eat but how you eat it. Eat smaller portions but more often about every 2 to 3 hours. This will help build your metabolism, also avoid eating 3 hours before you go to sleep. Meat is protein and is good. All of the things you have listed that you want to eat you can eat. In regard to your red meat, chicken and fish you may want to consider grilling or broiling instead of baking. If you do bake them do so on a broiler pan so your food wont be sitting in the fat drippings. For seasonings use Mrs. Dash and salt free seasonings. For your dressings use no fat or low fat. I personally prefer low fat (you still have some flavor).

You'll do great!!! Remember it's NOT dieting - diets fail!!! It's choosing to eat healthier - that way it's a choice and a positive one that will motivate you.

I would like a diet with fish, salad ,no tomato,no hot (spicy food) light ,and health ., i have stomak ulcer

the best weight loss diet iss weight watchers u can eat anything u wantt at a love price

The best diet to stick to is an educated diet! This consists of knowing that food should be measured by calories first and then by fat and carbs. 3500 calories roughly equals a pound. So if you take in 3500 more calories than you need, you will gain an excess of about 1 pound. Scary huh?
First of all you need to consider what body type you have, mesomorph, ectomorph, or endomorph and then see how you body type responds to certain foods. Some do fantastic with red meat, others do aweful. Then you need to start figuring out how many calories you are currently taking in and then start, if you haven't already, implementing a specefic exercise program. Find foods you like to eat, like chicken, leafy greens, etc., and eat them. Don't force yourself to eat! Enjoy it. There are plenty of foods out there that are extremely healthy and extremely good tasting!
Remember, diets will come and go, but when you eat using your mind and think about your body, it becomes habit and behavior! Good luck!

weight watchers is the best. You can eat whatever you want and also become more aware of what you are eating and how much you are eating

Eat less and exercise. That is the only diet that works.
