Carrots low fat, no carbs, high fiber and Vitamin A perfect

Most white meats such as chicken and fish are high in protein and had very little carbs. However, the chicken should be lean or else it could become quite fatty. Mushrooms are also good for protein. Steak is also very good (again lean), as is egg whites. An egg white omlette with mushroom would be a great part of a high protein diet.

Watch out for protein shakes as some include fructose or another form of carbs.

If you're only worried about carbs then any meat should do - Beef, Pork, Chicken and Eggs are high in protien and very low in carbs.

For example,
I large egg 6.3 grams of protein and only 0.4 grams of carbs
Egg whites from 1 large egg has 3.6 grams of protein and 0.2 grams of carbs

Boneless and skinless breast (3 ounces) has 19.7 grams of proteing and 0 grams of carbs.

Any meat and nuts are high in protein and low in carbs.

Meat and fish are pure protein - but if you are trying to lose weight then you should take the skin off poultry, trim visible fat off meat and not have too large a portion.

Dairy foods have protein, but you need to be aware of the fat content - but do try Total 0% greek yoghurt - no fat, no added sugar (whhich a lot of low fat products have added) and really delicious!

You can also get your protein from beans and pulses - so baked beans are a good source, as are kidney beans, chickpeas, lentils, butter beans etc, and finally, nuts and seeds are a good source, but these are high in fat so, although you should have some because of all their positive benefits, if you are trying to lose weight, you need to limit it.
