for the person who mentioned it would be unhealthy... I kno that. this is just a question, and I'm not planning on eating like that (as I don't eat bread or protein bars anyways... only alittle purple rice cuz my family eats it, and a sweet potato once ina while, besides that, I only eat fruit and veggies)

White rice isn't really healthy at all--they've taken all the healthy stuff out of it.

Whole wheat bread has its advantages. So do sweet potatoes. Each one brings with it its own nutrients, so it's impossible to say one of these is healthier than the other. But of the 4 choices, these two are the healthiest.

Low-carb protein bars are basically just a lot of chemicals, from what I've seen. They're intended for people who want to build bulky muscles; have nothing to do with health.

Sweet potato. High in fiber, good to eat no artificial ingredients and doesn't require any seasoning.

the protein bar would be the most satisfying b/c the protein will make you feel fuller longer.

I would chose sweet potato

I would rate them as follows...

1. Sweet Potato - high in fiber and anti-oxidants
2. Whole Wheat Bread - fiber and enriched
3. Low Carb Protein Bar - processed food... more than bread.
4. White Rice - no fiber, all carbs, minimal nutrients.

No diet that allow you to eat only one food is healthy
