How Do u Counterract The Spice Of Cayenne Pepper?

I Tried sugar but it dosent work.............

Milk or Bread
Water makes it worse. (It is the oil of the pepper that needs to be dealt with)
Learned that in culinary school and used it MANY times.

Sour Cream

try adding milk or plain yogurt. it'll calm down the heat and spicyness (i hope i spelled that correctly).

add potatoes...it helps

you can countrract The Spice Of Cayenne Pepper by consuming milk, bread, Salt or rice to absorb the intensity of the capsaicin.
