For some reason it's pretty hard to find in regular grocery stores, except during the holidays, which is strange because I consider it a necessity in my kitchen. Try your luck at places like Smart & Final, Costco, Sam's Club, Gelson's, Bristol Farms, etc. Also try baking supply or craft stores like Michael's, for instance.
You can buy parchment paper at almost any grocery store. The selections are limited though, unlike foil and saran wrap. They usually only have one or two manufacturers product on the shelf. Or go here to buy online. http://www.amazon.com/beyond-gourmet-unb...

Reynolds Wrap has parchment paper. If you can't find it with the other foils, ask your store manager to get it.
