Cooked tastes a lot better, and It seems to not be as spicy. I hope i've helped a little.

yes

Yes, I have eaten them raw before and I actually like them!

=]

no

i need some water

i love peppera, i have th world record for eating 45 raw habeneros in 10 minutes, if u like spicy raw, if not cook in pan for 10 min.

totally cooked, and their not as spicy than they are raw

Some people like them that way...it's a matter of individual tastes

Chili peppers I prefer cooked.
Cayenne peppers and jalapenos....I love raw cut up in fresh corn that has been cut off the cob and stewed. Delish!

because they are so strong, I think they should be used asa flavouring with fish, meats, vegetables , pickles etc

Neither they do not taste good any way
