Did i eat healthy today?
breakfast: non fat yogurt w/ natural granola & an apple.
lunch: sandwich made with 2 peices of whole wheat bread, turkey, lettuce, & mustard.
snack: a pear & then an apple.
dinner: chicken, salad, and lots of carrot sticks.
i also did some walking today for exercise.
was this all good for trying to lose weight?

You did great! Try eating some nuts with your lunch too. Eating more healthy food is better! Drink lots of water too!!
It sounds great, but you should make sure you do something a little invigorating for excercise, like dancing, aerobics, swimming, jogging, etc.

i'd kill the mustard on the sandwhich. and probably just either have the pear or the apple, not both. :)

omg! you ate turkey? that turkey was probably sickly in a cage and pumped full of growth hormones... but other than the polluted meat you did ok...
