You know the myth of if you swallow your gum it takes 7 years to come back out...well is it true?

No. Its a giant lie. It only takes about 2-4 days to clear out of your body. In fact, some scientists say that it could actually help you digest in your digestive system.

No it's just a myth they tell little kids so they don't swallow their gum.

you crap it out in a few hours, but if it stayed in your body it would take 7 yrs for your body to digest it.
