Mac & Cheese?!

Question:

Mac & Cheese?

So, tonight I got home and was looking for something to make for dinner. I decided on a box of Kraft Mac & Cheese. When I looked at the boxed I noticed the "Best Used By" date was from 2004.

My question is, do you think it is still safe to eat since it is 2007? Or would it kill me?

Answers:
The mac and cheese is fine to eat. It may not taste the best, but it definitely wont kill you. The pasta and cheese have been dried out so it doesn't "expire". It's non-perishable

it would kill you

its probly okay but the noodles might be alittle stale

No don't eat it if you do it will either taste really nasty or you will get the runs.

ehhhhh. idk its mostly saying not to sell anymore after that date im not sure about the powdered cheese tho

Dont eat it. Exp dates are on items for a reason! I dont think it would kill you.. but it probably wouldnt be very good.

Kraft Mac & Cheese, 3 1/2 years old? It's worth the risk. If no bugs. Make sure you don't use too much milk. It's Cheesasaurus Rex!!

Open the box, and if it looks ok...go for it! cut up some hotdogs and put them in your mac n cheese....sooo good!
(poor mans spaghetti and meatballs)

Don't Eat It!!!

It probably won't kill you, but I wouldn't eat it.

LOL no, It won't kill you. But I bet if you cook it up it will taste quite "stale". Better watch if there are any visitors in the box
as well...like noodle bugs!

i think it would be best not to eat it. better safe than sorry :)

you'll find out soon enough...

There's really only one way to find out...are you daring enough? If you're broke and have absolutely nothing else, you can just boil the pasta and eat it with salt and butter.

that could never kill you. i have used older

The noodles will be a bit stale but they shouldnt kill you... wouldnt risk the cheese though.

it could make you feel really sick
