not necessarily, some people are fat only coz of water retention. however, the more water you drink, the more you re-hydrate your body and that much more healthier and active you are. the more active you are, the more chances of you loosing weight.

it can help in weight loss, but not always.. u have to cut down diet with it no matter what

It may help u to lose weight, but it must be aided by diet & excercise, of course. In any case, it will make ur body healthier. Most healthy diets recommend drinking 8-12 cups of water/day.

Too much water is actually harmful to your health.
The best green signal is a food journal.
When you write down everything you put into your mouth you see how much you REALLY eat which is a shocker to most people!
The next thing is to get artificial sweeteners out of your diet.
When you stop eating the poison, the weight will fall off!

It can be a green signal as long as you don't drink too much. 8-12 glasses a day is what you need.
