Easy, just tuck into some tasty parched earth. Don't add anything, apart from sand, or that would spoil the nutritional value, it contains many beneficial minerals and nutrients.
I have a confidential supply of tasty Easter eggs hidden under cover, one is currently masquerading as a monkey in a South American rain forest. Just keep sch-tum, and you're welcome to one.
