Today i ate ..........is this enough/too much?
two bowls of banana nut crunch cereal
a ceral bar
three blocks of choclolate
a mini sandwich(very mini)
and an apple
i plan on eating nothing else (at least i hope so)
is this too much?

That may possibly be enough to eat, if you were dieting, and everything was spread out through the day; however, if you are not dieting, and you are on a typical 2000 calorie diet, that is very low, and you were probably hungry. Moreover, you did not received the recommended vitamins, etc., and you would have had to take a multi-vitamin to make up for the lack thereof. You should be having 3 balanced meals a day, with a small snack in between breakfast/lunch, and lunch/dinner. That way, your metabolism stays up, and your body does not go into starvation mode, causing it to retain excess calories/fat which you probably don't want/need.
that sounds like a hearty breakfast.
i guess it is not too much but going with no food till tomorrow is not good!
have a fat free youghurt or vegetable soup!
That is not a full days food. You've had nothing hot and your veg count is nil. You need to have a square meal either in the afternoon or the evening. This is not a healthy calorie count for a child, let alone an adult.
i t might be too much if you ate it all in one time.
