What should I eat for breakfast?!

Question:

What should I eat for breakfast?

Answers:
It is best to start your day off with fruit. Something filling and it gives you energy to face what lies ahead. Tr to stay away from the sweets and sugars.

What sounds good? I usually have whatever sounds good at that second. Most tell me I'm not eating breakfast foods, who decided what was breakfast food? Eat whatever you want!

A cheese omelet and a pecan waffle with syrup. And a good cup of JAVA.

A big bowl of fruity pebbles!!

waffles with whip cream and berries and orange juice and coffee/tea

Go the Texan way and have a breakfast burrito!

dry toast and a glass of water

Softboiled eggs, toast and a glass of oj. That's what I want anyhow.

get 1 cup of Orange juice and 1 cup of milk and one cup of ice and 3 table spoons of sugar put it in a blender mix it on the highest speed you got and you got a great tasting breakfast drink.

I don't know what you should eat. What I do know is that you should stay away from wiggidy wack's house

bread with cheese, egg, hot milk & some porridges

It depends on what your plan is. If you just want to start your day out right, I would suggest having as little of sugar as you can. The reason why is that eating breakfast sets your pace for the entire day..so for energy and metabolism sake, you're making a great choice to eat breakfast! There are tons of breaskfast options, but I reccommend something like oatmeal, or a boiled egg, 100% whole grain bread/toast with a bit of peanut butter, some healthy cereal with bananas, etc. If you are crunched for time, I would say go for a protein shake that you make yourself in your blender. Use a 100%whey protein powder, some milk and any flavor yogurt, some bananas, strawberries or frozen fruit, etc.! The sky is the limit, and way to go on making the smart choice. Oh and I would advise you eat a healthy snack like almonds or apple about 2 hours later to keep your blood sugar constant and your metabolism. Then go for lunch and do the same with the snack. You go, girl!

for breakfast, you need something that will give you lift like coffee. since protein makes you awake, it is nice to have some chicken meat (without skin, which is fat - fat can make you feel sluggish). and some carbohydrates to power you in the morning for work in the office.

avoid eating sweets in the morning. sweets can give you that sugar rush, but after that energy burst, it also makes you feel sleepy. that is why some hotels put some sweets/ chocolate at the pillow.
