Is lemon concentrate good to use for lemon water?!

Question:

Is lemon concentrate good to use for lemon water?

Don't have any lemons- wondering if I can use the concentrate and if so, how much to 8 oz? Thanks!

Answers:
Lemon concentrate is perfectly fine to use for lemon water. Just don't overdo it. If you are using it as a diuretic to flush your system, you don't need to use a lot and you don't want to use cold water, use room temp and be mindful of the nearest bathroom!!
If you are using it for lemonade, heat your water first, then add lemon juice and sweetener, let it cool and taste to see if it's to your liking. Lemonade needs more juice than lemon water.

There is nothing wrong with using it, but it won't be as fresh and delicate. Just consider that it is concentrate so you need far less than a squeeze of fresh lemon.

You can use about a teaspoon of it but you may have to add a sugar substitute because the concentrate is a lot more bitter than fresh squeezed.

Yes it is fine. We see a wellness doctor and he has use put some in water to give it a taste when we drink it. Just if you want it a little sweet place some sugar in it.
