Try to stay away from cereal it has too much sugar.

Some mixed fruit and an english muffin will work well.

A bowl of cereal...

Fruit and yogurt...

A fruit smoothie and a cereal bar...

Hard boiled eggs and toast with a bit of jelly on them (no butter...) And no yolk for the eggs...

The list goes on. You know what to eat, you just HATE hearing the sound of health food haha :)

Try the Special K diet. I lost 9 pounds. Grab a box at the grocery store and read up.

Weight Watchers makes great cereal and muffins. The Weight Watchers plan is simple and very effective. I lost 40 lbs on it.

Keep the carb (pancakes,waffles,cereal,bread... intake low and up the proteins (meat, eggs)
If you want juice, dilute it (fresh fruit is much better for you)
Milk is good, anything with calcium is great.
Drink water with your meal, put your fork down between bites and chew slowly to make your food easier to digest.
Good luck!
P.S. GNC sells a great vitiamin a B12 sublingual, it gives the all natural energy without making your heart race. Its cherry flavor and dissolves under your tongue to absorb faster.

A glass of skim milk (dairy helps to keep belly fat from forming) a bowl of whatever cereal you enjoy even the sweet kind. Also a piece of toast. Breakfast won't make you fat but it will help you eat less throughout the day. It also gets your metabolism going. Don't skip breakfast enjoy it eat what you like. Don't over indulge i.e. Cinnamon rolls, french toast etc. For the most part though you can eat what you like.

I agree with MJ. High protein - low carbs. Eggs are always a winner, but I also like plain yogurt mixed with fresh strawberries or blueberries, sprinkled with Splenda and a quarter teaspoon cinnamon - even fresh grated Nutmeg. Or if fruits not available I'll use a teaspoon of Sugar Free jam.
Ever looked at the sugar content on a "regular" carton of yogurt? Good luck!
