Fat burn???!

Question:

Fat burn???

Is it true that lemon burns fats..And are there any foods or liquids that really burn fat?

Answers:
Ready? ok, enviga, a green tea energy drink, coffee, (caffeine in general), grapefruit, cinnamon, hot pepper, conjugated linoleic acid (an oil), flaxseeds... these have special stimulating agents that raise body temp to help burn calories. Now, mind you, not significant enough to eat some hot pepper or drink some lemon juice and then justify a binge. Exercise and less caloric intake burns fat. It takes work, there are no fast fixes. But I'm sure you don't need any fat burning ;-) now keep in mind, I'm not a professional, I just read up a lot and am always surrounded by people on diets.

yea if u eat lemons and grapefruit it speeds up your metabolism...i prefer it in a shake or smoothie

don't put sugar in the shake or smoothie!

They could be good for you, but I doubt they actually burn fat. Cardio does though.

Yes it is true just like grapefruit and pineapple juice help you burn of fat and so do hot peppers but you shouldn't eat too much or drink too much of them or something very dangerous could happen. Green tea also helps i believe and it isn't really dangerous to drink it a lot.
