What did you eat for breakfast?


Answers:
I ate a doughnut (bad me) I haven't been feeling good so my appetite has pretty much vanished, but I am hypoglycemic, so I ate a high-sugar item to keep my blood sugar up for a while.

biscuits and saugage gravy, plus 2 sausage links.

I didn't eat I drank about a 6 pack of beer. Or beeriooo as I call it.

Cold cereal and milk.

peanut butter on graham crackers and tea. you?

i didnt even eat breakfast :(

Egg Beater scrambled eggs and a Fiber One bar.

A soft boiled egg, a slice of bread and cheese. And of course I drank a cofee. What did you eat?

as it is the most important meal of the day I had Potatoe Salad. LOL

1 c. egg whites with 1/2 c. zucchini and some scallions, 1 grapefruit, a bowl of rice cereal with half a tbs flaxseed oil, 1 c. choc covered strawberry flavored coffee with 1/4 c. almond milk, and then memorial day crunch flavored coffee black from the gas station down the street ;-) it was yummy. My favorite meal of the day!

Only thing I have in the morning is a big cup of coffee.

Honey-Nut Cheerios w/ banana & skim milk, black coffee, & 8 oz water w/ 1/2T Metamucil :-)

grilled cheese sandwich with two pieces of hickory bacon and chocolate milk.

Raisin Nut Brand.

PANCAKES WITH SYRUP MMMMMMMMMMMM SYRUP

egg, ham & cheese on a toasted english muffin, an orange juice & a latte.

scramble eggs with sausage and OJ

prawn noodle for today...

naughty i know but i just can't eat before 11, my stomach is still asleep!!

A smoothie with chocolate whey protein powder, peanut butter, and milk... yummmmyyyyyy!

something tuna, i mixed up some ingredients and viola.

Apple oatmeal with some added applesauce and cinnamon. :)
