If you have an asian market in your area they usually sell large bags of brown rice. (They also have black rice which is wonderful and is also a whole grain rice).
You might try a warehouse store like Sam's or Costco, though I haven't always been able to find brown rice in those stores, but their stock changes so you never know.
Probably at one of those Asian store where you can buy herbs and spices in quantities you wish.
