for dinner a chicken breast grilled with brown rice and steamed broccoli

dessert low fat ice cream

for breakfast try whole wheat pancakes with blueberries
and turkey sausage or bacon

try a apple for snack

lunch grilled whole wheat sandwich with tomato soup

for snack honey braided prezels

for dinner turkey sloppy joes on whole wheat bread
and some steak fries baked not fried

dessert blueberry muffins

breakfast oat meal raisin cinnamon with orange juice and banana

lunch fish sticks or chicken tenders with corn on the cob or from can

snack a nutrigrain bar or granola bar

dinner pizza whole wheat pie like 2-3 slices

You need to eat more calories in a day than you burn. Let's say you burn 2000 calories a day, then you need to eat more than 2000 calories each day in order to gain weight.

Try eating nuts also. They are high in fat, but it's the good kind.

Try eating foods with high fats and protein. Potatoes, balance bars, chocolates and cake and brownies. Try eating a lot of meat too.

Mayonnaise. A jar a day

I wish I had that problem. like most people, I enjoy eating. But I have to worry about gaining weight.....I'm on a diet at the moment. DO NOT COMPLAIN! Besides, the world is obese, do us a favor and remain thin.

Before you make the trip to McDonalds or Burger King as some people seem to be suggesting, you need to be more specific about the sort of weight you want to put on. I don't think there's a dietician or nutritionist that would encourage you to eat fast food to put on weight.

A good balanced diet is probably what you need ... plus exercise! If you're going to put on weight, it may as well be muscle.

But you should really see a professional nutritionist - no one on Yahoo Answers is familiar with your medical history.

When you say gain some weight, do you mean muscle or fat weight. If you mean muscle, then go to a gym or invest in a weight set. If you mean fat, order a couple of pizzas and make a habit of eating McDonald's and Taco Bell every day.

Foods that have lots of fating and get more than your usual serving. And get seconds!!

some people r naturally skinny even if they eat a balanced diet. Try shakes with ice cream, milk and bananas.

Peanut butter, bananas, butter, dairy cream, ice cream, cheese, extra carbs such as bread and spaghetti
