Where can I get empty five gallon water cooler bottles?
I used to have one of those five gallon plastic water cooler bottles, the kind that sit upside down on the water cooler, as a coin bank. I was cleaning out my closet, moving the bottle around, and the plastic cracked open. I was wondering if anyone knows where you can buy one empty (sans ebay).

you should be able to get them at any store like walmart, target, etc. some grocery stores even carry them.
check Walmart or stores like that,sometimes you can go where they sell the water and maybe they will sell you a bottle. It never heat to try.
Buy one full and drink the water. That's not a smart a** answer, for some reason you can often buy them full cheaper than you can buy a cheaper version empty! Just one of those mysteries of life. The others are right wal-mart has them but they are a dark blue and not as tough as the water cooler type. You could check with a local bottled water distributor too.
